The University of Niš, Faculty of Electronic Engineering in Niš (the Faculty, further in the text) admits self-financed students to the master academic studies (one-year studies), in the following accredited study programs:

• Electrical Power Engineering
• Electronics and Microsystems
• Computing and Informatics
• Communications and Information Technologies
• Control Systems

A person who has completed accredited undergraduate academic study programs in the country and abroad and has achieved at least 240 ECTS credits can be enrolled in master academic studies.

Candidates who have completed undergraduate academic studies at the Faculty in a module that, according to the educational outcomes, is not fully suitable for continuing their studies in master academic study programs implemented at the Faculty, as well as students from other faculties, are subject to an assessment of the compliance of the undergraduate study program by the Study Program Evaluation Commission, in accordance with the Regulations on Masters Academic Studies of the Faculty.

The ranking of candidates who have been approved for enrollment is based on their success (general average grade) in undergraduate academic studies and other criteria established by the Regulations on Enrollment of Students in Study Programs of the University of Niš ("Gazette of the University of Niš", number 1/19 and number 4/25) and the Regulations on Master's Academic Studies of the Faculty.

STUDY ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

In order to be enrolled for Studies in English at the Faculty of Electronic Engineering Niš, candidates need to full-fill the following steps:

1. Meet the requirements and complete the enrollment application form, i.e. complete the application procedure.
2. Complete the registration procedure.
3. Complete the upon arrival procedure.
4. All original documents submitted online during the enrollment procedure must be provided to the Office of Student Affairs upon arrival.

• Master Enrollment Application Form (Filled out, printed and signed)
• Get familiar with the Notice on the processing of personal data
• Consent to the processing of personal data (Printed, filled out and signed)
• Birth Certificate (photocopy)
• Bachelor Diploma (photocopy)
• Transcript of Records (with GPA) (photocopy)
• Curriculum of previous studies
• Passport (photocopy)
• Proof of English Proficiency (TOEFL / IELTS / other)
• Proof of application fee payment

All documentation should be submitted via studyinenglish@elfak.ni.ac.rs

For the registration, accepted candidates need the following:

1. Filled out, printed and signed MASTER REGISTRATION FORM
2. Personal photo in digital format.
3. Passport (photocopy)
4. Proof of payment of the tuition fee (payment slip) (Payment instructions can be found in the FEES section).

All documentation should be submitted via studyinenglish@elfak.ni.ac.rs

For the upon arrival procedure, accepted candidates need the following:

1. Student's Course and Grade Book ("Index"). (Available at the Faculty)
2. Health insurance for the current academic year (international health Insurance, issued in student's own country, or Serbia by a relevant insurance company)
3. Students' visa issued by the Ministry of Interior Affairs.
4. Proof of English Proficiency (TOEFL / IELTS / other)
5. Certificate of nostrification od diploma (obtained from University of Niš)
6. Diploma and Diploma Supplement translated into Serbian.
7. Two photos sized 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm

All documentation should be submitted in-person upon arrival at the Faculty.

IMPORTANT: In parallel with the application process at the Faculty, the candidate need to initiate an application for DIPLOMA NOSTRIFICATION at the University of Niš (See Diploma nostrification section). Nostrification of diplomas is required for all master students.
