Nenad Mihajlovic is a Principal Architect at the ASML Research department.

He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Electronic Engineering, University of Niš, Serbia, and his Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
